Delete Your Account
How to delete your Perspecs Inspector or Perspecs Contractor account and what happens to your data.
Delete from the app
The fastest way is inside the app. In Perspecs Inspector, open Profile and tap Delete account. In Perspecs Contractor, open Settings, then Profile, and tap Delete Account. Your account is deleted immediately.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We will confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, sign-in details, and agency memberships are deleted.
Inspection records belong to the government agency that issued the permit and are kept under public record retention rules. They are no longer linked to your personal details.
